We are happy to facilitate returns as long as the materials are received in impeccable condition at our central warehouse.

If you encounter any challenges arranging a return or are unable to personally handle the return process, we may be able to offer a collection service, primarily for mainland England and Wales. The minimum cost for collection stands at £199.99 for returns exceeding 80kg in weight. Please keep in mind that the cost will fluctuate depending on the weight of the products you intend to return and the collection location. To initiate a return, you are required to inform us of your intention to return any goods within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact our Customer Support team via email at [email address], outlining your reason for the return. Following this notification, you have an additional 14 days to complete the return process. We will provide you with a returns form, which must be affixed to the items you are returning.
