Lead Times and Delivery Information

Lead Times

  • Standard lead time for large orders is 3 - 5 working days (Mainland England & Wales; stock dependent).
  • Small deliveries (<40KG in weight) typically take 3 - 5 working days (Mainland England & Wales; for orders placed before noon).
  • Manticore benches and street furniture lead times may vary; kindly contact our sales team for more accurate delivery times.
  • Sample packs are dispatched via Royal Mail at no cost to you.

Arranging Your Delivery After Placing Your Order

  • For large orders, our delivery team will contact you after you place your order to schedule the next available delivery slot in your area, following the lead times mentioned above.

Important Delivery Terms

  • Large palletised deliveries are delivered to the property's kerbside only.
  • For products longer than 2.4 meters, the products must be manually unloaded (hand-balled) from the lorry side. Please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading and signing for receipt, as our delivery drivers are not insured to help beyond the property's kerbside.
  • For products shorter than 2.4 meters, the products are unloaded using a tail lift from the rear of the lorry. We recommend having two people present to move the delivery to the desired location and sign for receipt. Again, our delivery drivers are not insured to assist beyond the property's kerbside.

Missed Deliveries

  • If our delivery team has confirmed a large delivery with you on a specific date, and no one is available to receive the delivery on the specified date, an additional delivery fee may be applied (please note that the first delivery fee is non-refundable). Inspecting Delivered Goods

  • It's essential to inspect the condition of the goods upon delivery. If you find any issues, please note them on the delivery form when signing for receipt. We also recommend taking pictures as evidence of the problem and promptly notifying the Clad Composites Operations team. by emailing [email address]. Our team will work to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Commercial Customer Delivery Terms

These terms pertain to deliveries for our commercial customers, particularly for construction sites. To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, we kindly request the following:

  1. Complete Delivery Information: Please provide a full delivery address, including a site contact person's name and telephone number.

  2. Access for Large Vehicles: Ensure that there is access for a minimum 18-ton rigid vehicle to reach the designated offload point without obstructing other road users.

  3. On-Site Contact: The designated site contact should be present on-site or available to communicate with individuals on-site between 8 am and 5 pm to receive the delivery.

  4. Offload Facilities: Please arrange for appropriate offload facilities on-site, such as a forklift or labor. It's crucial to confirm these offload facilities at the order stage to ensure the correct vehicle is dispatched. Please note that our drivers are not responsible for offloading.

  5. Offload Time: We allot a 30-minute window for offloading. If the driver is made to wait beyond this period, 'waiting charges' may apply, calculated as cost +15%.

  6. Delivery Verification: It's important to thoroughly check the delivery upon arrival and promptly sign for it. If any damages or delivery issues are identified, please report them within 24 hours.

  7. Change of Delivery Details: Any alterations to the delivery address or delivery date after the vehicle has departed will incur a charge of £110.00 (ex VAT).

  8. Delivery Timing: Please note that any delivery dates provided are approximate, and Clad Composites cannot be held liable for any delivery delays, regardless of the cause.

  9. Delivery Charges: For delivery options with associated charges, please refer to the table below. These prices apply to consignments sent to mainland Britain addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight. Deliveries are scheduled on working days.
